Capsules come wrapped in a blister pack. Presumably, this keeps them fresher. Any gut disturbance and i take one capsule twice a day until the disturbance is gone.

Cons

About half of he capsules are so brittle that i cannot push through the foil without having the pills break. The produce is either counterfeit or not saved properly.

My only problem with the culturelle is the packaging

Have ordered several times packaging is great to avoid damage all good
