    The nonstick coating, as i always experience with nonstick, does chip off some (only where the rack touches the base of the pan).

    I've had a non stick cuisinart for a while but 1) you don't get decent browning with non stick - vegs kind of steam themselves and 2) the cusinart is relatively flimsy, thin and doesn't conduct heat as well.
