Pros

An extra one to keep at my cottage. Doesn't take up a lot of space in the freezer, freezes the ice cream base quickly in 15-20 min. If you're like us, it's handy to have a second bowl in case we want to make ice cream 2 nights in a row.

Homemade ice cream in the easiest manner ever. Beats a hot trip to the dq any day. It easily cools ice cream mixture from liquid to a solid.

Cons

When plastic is cold it is fragile. They were not cracked by extra-ordinary measures. Tried this 3 times. Never froze right out of the box! It has become defective!

The construction of this bowl needs to be changed. If the pre-ice cream mixture is even at refrigerator temperatures you ae completely not going to get ice cream. You have to put the mixture in the freezer for hours to get it cold enough for this bowl... Read More
