Pros & Cons
Pros
This is the finest pan i have ever used. Thick and heat evenly on my new gas stove. Also the fact i can start something on top of the stove and finish in the oven is a huge selling point for buying the stainless steel version.
This review is for the 4 quart french classic saucepan. This saucepan compares well with all-clad and at a much better price. Good size for making meals. A fine saucepan.
Cons
The liquid dribbles down the side of the pot and all over the place.

For cuisinart with the weight of this when only half full of food it really needs a handle on the other side

Wish the handle will be more compact or have a small handle on other side

If i had a complaint it would be the handle with the weight of the pan and it’s contents you will need two hands to pour but not a dealbreaker for me
