Pros
Great for any type of steamed veggies. All of my veggies get evenly steamed so the taste and texture is better. Perfect for steaming veggies for dinner for 2 people.
Works great and will last a lifetime. Very handy. Cuisinart is the best. Very pleased with it.
Clean up is a breeze goes right in the dishwasher. It has maintained its shine for several months. Plus healthier for you.
Perfect addition to my cuisinart 3 qt saucepan. It fits the larger saucepan perfectly and looks like they were made for each other. Ordered this to go with the 4 quart cuisinart stainless sauce pan.
Cons
My mistake. I agree with the opinion that this steamer pan is faulty design and thus is unusable. It is off by a cm. The product that was delivered has a stainless steel lid.

The steamer fits my cuisinart pot perfectly but the gauge of the steel is a lot thinner than my pot which is probably 20 years old
