    My only complaint would be with the lid as the handle get too hot to left with your hand and will require you to use a small towel or some kind of a handle but again, for the price you're paying it's an acceptable sacrifice.

    On;ly one issue, the outside of the rolled edge measures 10 inches, but a standard 10 lid doesn't fit.

    Similar idea to the old teflon pans, but more heavy-duty and the inside does not peel off (after months of almost daily use) like the teflon ones always did.

    No oil or grease is needed to cook them, since the surface does not allow it to stick.
