There was a glitch with some of the apps eg

Playstore where some of the app names would cause it to close but after a wireless update to the phone settings scroll to bottom select about phone at top of page wireless update click and follow instructions this was completely solved phone is bang up to date and a bit faster

All in all a very good phone for the money which with a little bit of care will easily outlast an i phone without the added hassle of constantly being told you must have the latest model

Only issue is if you use a micro sim you cannot have an sd card

You have to have a nano sim to use the phone with an sd card
