All the contacts and apps were automatically installed from my old phone as soon as sim was inserted

It did happen a few months ago and seemed to rectify itself but this time it had to be replaced as needed a phone urgently

All in all though this has lasted quite well and been quite good quality and value for the money which was just over £60 when i purchased it the price is now showing over £90

Wrote the review below this when i thought it was broken apparently it wasnt i was playing games on it for an extended length of time i guess it over heated had it hiccup wouldnt come back on but after being on charge for a day it came back on

I did have one hiccup with it im guessing the battery died which isnt surprising as the phone ran quite warm when it was in use for the extended time that i was trying to game on it which i didnt think was too much of a problem until it just suddenly out of the blue died
