I contacted cubot and they were very helpful and explained that obviously all their phones can be turned up to full volume but stated that the echo was four times louder than any of their other phones but it couldnt be updated to android 7 like the cheetah 2

It has a screen protector already fitted and although the gel case makes it a bit bulky it does offer great protection
