Pros

The width is actually 1 inch but they look dressier than wider ones. Made of heavy fabric and seem sturdily constructed. Perfect for my tux.

No wardrobe malfunctions here. The elasticity is ideal. Keeps the pants up.

Cons

You are probably used to braces with knit in the front and elastic in the back. These aren't them. The clips don't fold down all the way, they bulge out. Buy ones with solid brass * and not these.
