Pros
Nice and plump, very flavorful. Not overly sweet. Firm and dry with a nice sugared coating. Cost is higher than upick which has smaller pieces and doesn't require extra chopping.
The ginger people brand is great. They make consistently good products. Had these once before and was so happy to find them on amazon.
Cons
The pieces look dry and not covered in sugar as in the past. A huge disappointment and $15 wasted as it cannot be returned.
