Pros

Every month i go through excruciating pain during my heavy cycle but last month, i didn't even notice that my period came until i went to use the bathroom. There was allot of clots and cleaning to do. The period pain lessens with time.

The bloating goes away faster and i'm not always p m sing all the time. You have to be consistence in taking them. I think i will be taking these for awhile because it really helps.

It seems to be powerful & effective w/in a short time spand. It works but ladies you have patience. I know each product affects people differently.

Cons

I'm inthe small number of people that experienced painful cramps taking it. I wish i had or even heeded to the many reviews here that state the same thing.

The abdominal cramping is so severe, it feel like i had an abortion! I agree with the other advice to change your diet ( plant based diet), exercise ( to remove excessive hormones), acupuncture/tumeric helps. My next try is acupuncture before i consen... Read More
