However since the memory upgrade the speed and crashing issues have been resolved and it has sprung back into life and i am now using both machines sidebyside

Still happy i moved with the times with a newer machine however am now able to use the old inspiron with its larger screen to surf on watch movies and let my nephews mess around on it safely
