Pros
It runs quiet and does a decent job moving air around. If it starts spinning slower, it's time to load up the stove. Noise level is extremely quiet.
Cons
Fan making a ton of noise 2 months in. One always seems to be slower than the other. I mean the blades turn but heat is not moved!

It does work but you want it at back of stove to blow across the hot surface
