This stuff is amazing. Fixed my leak immediately. Works well and looks like a professional did it.
The instruction are very clear and the preparation is simple. My skill level is handyman. Easy to apply and stopped my crown leaks immediately.
Cons
The picture listed on the bucket in the ad shows it as grey. Not aesthetically pleasing in my case.

I applied silicone caulk to the cracks after brushing away loose mortar gave it a few days to set and then applied 2 coats of crown coat per instructions
