On the one hand the umbrella broke in my hands as i was trying to raise it the button you press to open the umbrella just caved in

So its great customer service but the umbrella isnt as sturdy as it seems from the advertisement

I wouldnt have bought it again but on the other hand i do have a working umbrella now because of the warranty
