Pros
The only thing that i don't like is that the holder the roll goes onto is rectangular. The extra wonderfully thing is that is holds an extra roll so you never run out when you're in need. Much nicer, easier to change rolls and love the phone ledge.
Made out of quality stainless steel. Easy to install as it is larger than the previous one, it covers all the holes and my wallpaper still looks perfect. Very sturdy and easy to install.
Stainless steel makes for easy cleanup and shine during saturday morning chores.
Takes large rolls - tray is handi and keeps paper dry from water splashes at sink. Drill 2 holes and mount. Secure plate with screw. Loosen screw a teeny bit.
Cons
The product is nice looking but the tp doesn't fit on the bar. The bar is too narrow to fit a standard size roll and be able to roll with ease. Returned the product.

It was difficult to start a new roll especially if it was a double roll i updated to this model not sure who made the original model and it was a huge improvement

Im not sure why softness is something i was asked to rate on this product since its a hunk of metal designed to hold toilet paper so i gave that one star
