The wrist strap is comfortable and gives some support. The quality is great and they are really protecting my hands. They make my grip for pullups a lot stronger.

Leather and uncovered fingers works great and i am progressing rapidly. Finger holes start tight but they quickly get to your finger size without discomfort. Sizing chart is accurate.

They work well for crossfit. If well chalked, they work well. They are durable, comfortable and worth the value. I have a similar set that cost 50 and these are better for me.

The gloves have zero indication of what side touches your palm/ what you grip the weight with. Holes are too small for my fat index and middle fingers. It prevents tears, but i find myself still with huge blisters that end up peeling off anyway.

Save your money and get some legit grips. They slide around and have to be readjusted. Wrist strap causes scrapes on wrist and forearm.
