Awsome belt really helped with the pressure and allows me to walk and excerise to a lil bit longer with ease and comfort

I wouldnt recommend sitting down in it and if you decide not to use the upper strap the velcro can be a tiny bit itchy

Whereas i could not walk after a long day at work before using this belt
