That being said hiking with the full 40 is amazing and really added a needed difficulty level to my hikes

The weights seem to be sand bags you can remove them from the pockets

The only thing i dont like is the bottle carrier on the front can get in the way

It is after all a 40lb weighted vest so how much comfort those people were expecting i dont know but i enjoy it

The 20lb version maybe but i have a 60lb one as well that would be an incredible amount of stress on your joints doing higher impact things
