I have not had a ripped hand since wearing them and thats an amazing feeling because i am definitely an average joe crossfitter and im not here to prove that i need ripped hands to be badass

I went with a large and the hand fits great although the wrist wrap is a little smaller than i thought but the hook and loop catches good and wrist support is great i just have to deal with the logo being to the side instead of at the top of my wrist which i do not mind

These are meant for tiny hands the fingers are so tight i can’t use them

Supports my wrists which is what i really like and no callauses
