Good but kind of incomplete package. U need to buy two pipes and 3 pin plug 16a seperately.

Thermostat works fines. Easy to use and hot water is coming within 3-5min after switch on. Safety cutout feature. A lifesaver in winters.

After delivery its red and green light were dislocated from inside. It is defective. Always delivers defective/ wrong items. Product is faulty one.
