Pros
These are hugely comfortable with a great slip resistant sole. The removable insole is very cushioned, just like the ones from my favorite santa cruz loafers. They are sturdy enough to even wear in cold weather.
They are seamless with 2 very small vent holes at the inside arch of each shoe. Fantastic slip-resistant food service clog. Great value for the money.
The toe box on these is big and roomy. I usually size down in crocs, but with this shoe style, sizing is accurate, don't size down. Fit perfectly with a regular pair of socks in my normal size.
Cons
Plantar support was limited along with limited arch and heel support. Support is little to nonexistent. Remove them and try a skinnier gel pad.
Purchased replacement and, after less than 2 months of daily wear, the bottom part of the sole (as pictured) peeled off. Statements that crocs are the most comfortable shoes ever are grossly exaggerated.

It may just be the lack of air flowi dont like my feet to sweat and they do in these although there are 2 small air holes on the side
