Pros

The color is a beautiful rich teal with a cream enamel interior. The sapphire color is nice, the coating is smooth, and the price is just right. This pot also matches my kitchen fabulously.

Boil or simmer the pot roast for ten minutes and it will wipe away. It cleans up easily and heats evenly. Dishwashing liquid, hot water and elbow grease are required.

Heavy but sturdy, it does the job well. Very heavy pot, cooks evenly and simple to clean. Currently about to make chicken and dumpling with the leftovers.

Cons

The replacement was completely chipped and broken. What was noticeable is that the outside box was completely scratched as well. Also there are size-able chips on the handles despite us taking care when washing to not hit the pot. Unfortunately it is ... Read More

Very disappointed in product. Terrible customer service. It’s now unusable. Very disappointing waste of $50.

Roasting or slow simmering of soups maintains heat when the heat is cut off

This was great for maybe 6 months before the enamel cracked

It is heavy duty and seems durable

So buy a larger one would’ve cost me over 500

The ship date kept changing so i finally decided to cancel the order and see what else was available

Packaging/appearance

Bought this for my step sister for christmas gift exchange she loved it and it matches her kitchen perfectly

Came just as described we got the 7 quart and love it

Just packing was terrible i so blessed it didn’t break more than what it came

I’d recommend that amazon when it sees packages like that used one of the recycle boxes that amazon sends us for normal unbroken stuff
