It has a retractable cord and a spot to the plug. Alexa does the rest and connects it to your wifi within a few seconds. The connectivity with alexa is fast and so useful.
Cons
The app is horrible. No manual as to how to connect to wifi. Can not reach anyone for a replacement of my damaged one. I have two and neither will connect.
The build on this crock pot is extremely cheap and feels like all plastic. There’s no way to tell how long your food has been cooking on the crockpot. long pause, no response and no controls other than voice.

With the alexa crock pot you can cook dinner and enjoy alexas company at the same time

My issue is with the lid that doesn’t seal shut see pictures and how specific you have to be with alexa when asking questions

Got the matching cloth covercarry bag and it fits but is quite tight a chore to get it into the bag

Once set up the product listens to alexa but no display on the product for the timer and the alexa app for the device does not show an accurate time and cannot be set on the device tab

You can see time remaining under the general timer for alexa but not on the specific device tab
