The xl fits the large earpieces on my glasses. For regular eyeglasses, the smaller size is fine. If you have frames that are larger, get the large size; they fit over the frames easily.

    The only way to adjust the fit though is by changing how far you thread the temples arms of your glasses up through the sleeves of the retainer

    Fortunately my sunglasses have fairly straight thin 14 inch temples as the retainers sleeve openings are fairly small

    I’ve got costa del mar glasses with a wide frame the costa straps they sent with my glasses didn’t even fit

    So i got this instead works great comfy although after 4hours i’d use i could feel the strap putting pressure on my temple
