Pros

Opening it with the flipper is super easy and reliable. I now enjoy tackling the endless boxes that show up on the doorstep.

I love how sleek it is. Every day use. Excellent bit of hardware. Perfect for what i wanted and handsome, too.

The blade is razor sharp, holds an edge and is easy to sharpen back to an edge. The flipper doubles as a finger guard when the blade is fully deployed. The knife's excellent and super-sharp tanto blade has good piercing capability.

My only complaint about the design is the clip, it is excessively stiff. The pocket clip is also well-designed, and the handles allow for tip up/down, left/right placement.

The m-16-02ks is slim and fits the hand nicely. The holes provide effective axial points to rotate the knife into a reverse grip. The hole cutouts in the handles also make for an excellent grip, as it prevents any slippage.

Cons

If i loosen the screw it becomes uncentered and touches the frame when opening or closing. This knife is just meh.

My last crkt was a let down felt maybe the quality had been slipping i’ve been buying crkt and the original m16 since the late 90s

This appears to be close to the original i will say it doesn’t match the quality of the original which i still have they seem moresolid

I thought i was going to have to pay a lot more to get this quality

Packaging/appearance

The holes also make anchoring and pulling the knife out of the pocket easy

It vanishes in the pocket even in snug jeans

It replaced another crkt knife that i finally broke using as an axe

I want one under 3 inches with sandvik steel crkt
