Some have expressed the concern that ones hand might slip forward and be cut by the blade due to the lack of a guard but the traction and grippy nature of the kratonrubber handle makes this almost impossible even with waterblood

I would trust my safety in the capabilities of this knife and am not concerned about the steel quality as after all this knife is for selfdefense not presentation

Its sturdy its just rubber made to look like rayskin makes it feel cheap
