A new pantry staple for this household. This is so satisfying in the mornings, with a splash of heavy whipping cream.

The only downside is the time it takes to clean. I drink my coffee black, so the bitterness of this doesn't bother me. Such a better option than coffee. Especially with the cooler temps.

The strainer separates the raw cacao from the drink. It is essentially well-chosen cocoa nibs chopped/ground coarsely. This can be mixed with standard ground coffee beans to make a half-caf blend.

Ghana light has a chocolate scent and light flavor (as all crio brus) very flavorful and smooth with a wonderful chocolate aroma. It has a rich chocolate-ty taste, complicated and smooth and subtle but so interesting.

It tastes like swamp water. May as well just make hot cocoa. Cocoa is a high pesticide crop which can add heavy metals from soil and pesticides.
