Here are my findings loss of contact on red wire right near the battery itself probably because of moving metal tip part see pics which is kinda dangerous as red wire broke right near the contact pad for black wire

To be honest ive had short circuit while attempting to release red wire but luckily battery didnt explode or catch a fire

The fit was loose on the prior headphones so was time to replace with a new pair
