Pros
The scorpion exo is the same size, and fits snug. Projection foam is nice and firm. The padding is good. The chin strap feels really snug and secure!
The amount of outside noise that is cancelled out is really surprising! And the vents are great and provide really good amounts of air flow when you are riding! Has decent airflow as its not completely air tight.
The ratcheting mechanism for the visor works well, but it appears like it's a bit weak. I have a pretty big beak as well, so my nose and beard slightly touch the front of the helmet.
My buddy has a $600 carbon simpson and this gets more attention. Especially for the price. Well worth it. My $80. Buck helmet is my go-to.
Cons
This is a very lightweight helmet that they claim is fiberglass. It's cheap and flimsy. Received the helmet cracked with paint chipping off.
Outside shell is proportional. Optically the shield is not correct, and is really hard to see out of at night. There is a large gap between the helmet and top of visor. Chin strap hangs down out of the helmet.

Maybe i have to own a 400 helmet to notice a big quality difference
Competitiveness
Even though my head measures 6163cm i went for a 4xl which was 6768cm
Im sure this isnt the toughest helmet on the market but a very tough 5xl weighs a lot

Doesnt seem to be much padding on the top part of the helmet and the front part sits pretty close to your mouth and nose so i can see why some reviews talked about the shield fogging up
