Peel off the strips slap them on your teeth wait 30 minutes and then use the light until it turns itself off 5 minutes
Whitens your teeth without making them more sensitive and doesnt whiten your teeth so much to the point where they look fake

I’ve used their strips before but this is the first time i tried the kit with the led light

You apply the strips and leave them on for 30 minutes

After 25 minutes you use the led light for the last five minutes of treatment time then remove the strips
