I love that this is a small dose of melatonin and the rest chamomille. Bedtime is no longer a fight, and i cannot tell you how much easier that has made my evenings. I also recommend creekside anxiety comfort.
These help my 8 yr old and myself actually. It's very hard to find anything marketed for his age. Love these chews.
He's not overly wild about the taste but he still chews it up and swallows it just fine. It's so easy to take - just dissolves in her mouth & no complaints of taste. Made with all natural ingredients, no dyes or other harsh ingredients.
