The only downside would be that their website is really hard to access very laggy and buggy so hard to extend the 18 months warranty to another 12

I switched all my power plugs from anker to ravpower to avoid already too many lemons to report and receive the replacement and get disappointed with the same issues over the years

This is a great little device can connect 4 appliances to charge at once using just the one socket i find it works really well and have registered it so extending the warranty from 18 months to another 12 months 30 months in total
