Pros
The sound is excellently crisp and the thundering booms are most satisfying. Comes with it's own gaming software suite, but didn't need it as i'm connecting it to my logitech z623's. Always had a creative soundcard in my pcs.
Cons
Moi ça va, mais impossible d'expliquer toutes les étapes à faire à mes enfants pour qu'ils puissent jouer. Tous les volumes sont à 100%. L'enregistrement est parfait au bon volume mais le monitoring ne va pas bien.

I personally returned it for a proper soundcard which is about 2x the price
You need to install 2 sets of software blasterx acoustic engine pro and xplus configurator g1

Now inserting from linux studio into windows 7 all it gave me was distorted sound no matter the adjustment or drivers or settings i tried

Then using it on a standard linux system it will plug and play now but upon startup it disconnects and needs to be unplugged and re inserted to connect again

If you install the software which you only need to do if you want to swap between impedance modes just make sure you disable all of the defaultenabled audio processing options

Theyre all terrible i dont know what goes through creatives minds i guess theyre trying to differentiate their products in an age when everyone has goodenough audio

If you want spatialization and youre on windows 10 use dtsx or atmos
