We had issues downloading the app so you can play with the set up of the speaker we still can not download it we are on our second speaker due to the first one developing a crackle via usb and not wireless the second one also was having the same issue but it seems it is our old mac that is causing the issue so we had to settle to use it wireless

For example id like to use it in the car but anywhere i place it securely the side speakers vibrate against whatever its resting on distorting the sound
