Pros

Easy to wire and assemble. Just what my guitar practice room needed for ambient lighting. Instructions are good, but i did have to read the details and not just rely on the images.

Cons

There is wiggle in the socket causing the bulb to move around. The shade would have been crooked. Sometimes need to switch on & off more than once to get switch to operate.

Came with everything i needed except the lamp shade

I like the fat that it included a drill bit in the package
