This book shows so many different ways to create texture in your paintings and dimension. Lots of suggestions on how to do different type of textures.

This is a great resource book. If you want more than the bare bones basics this book is a must have. Very informative book.

Claudia nice's books are filled with great information and techniques presented in a very digestible manner. Her work is exceptional and she takes you step-by-step through several projects. Thank you claudia.

The illustrations exemplifying how to apply the techniques are unimpressive. The artist's skill is like a hobbyist and less like scientific illustrators. The handwritten instructions are also pretty difficult to read.
