Theres are no confusing light codes that must be interpreted or buttons to enter codes to get the camera to perform certain operations

Theres an onoff switch and a red light when the camera is on but not recording and a blue light when the camera is recording

I like that the infrared or night vision comes on automatically when needed and the camera doesnt emit a visible light when infrared is active

The camera doesnt use 5g wireless so hopefully your router offers both 2
