There was a shipping mishap on one of the mugs the handle broke and they quickly replaced the mug and sent it directly to the gift recipient

Only thing is that shipping takes close to forever but i was writing complicated things and they printed it no problem so no star deduction

Up front and not exactly wellcommunicated you need to be watching your email closely after ordering because they will send an email asking for the picture and text you wish to apply to the mug and it has a very short window before it automatically closes out your order and you are refunded
