Disappointed i just received my stuff in the mail and while i was unboxting i noticed that there was not batteries inside the box when the box says it comes with batteries

At first this light was exactly what i hoped for i put the batteries in tested out the dimming dial and lit up a few lego figures for photos it was greatwhen i came back to use it again a week later i was sad to see that it didnt turn on
