Oh my goodness. And it's amazing! It’s the right kind. Pretty good basic tape.
Get it for martial arts or gymnastics. Our athletic trainer is also a huge cramer athletic tape supporter.
Been using it to wrap duct tape over a plantar wart for my daughter. Great for spatting and matching team colors. It's super soft and comfortable for my bird to stand on. But to create soft perches, it's perfect!

Almost useless. Would not recommend.

I guess it depends on what its being applied to because when ive used this tape for keeping gauze in place it comes undone pretty easily

Ive had foot problems for as long as i can remember my arch collapses when i step i also rotate my right foot a little too much so my toes point inward
