This book helps to alleviate early stage anxiety however i would not advice it to be used as the only means of preparation since its basic nature can be deceptive when compared to the actual test

The gre is about knowing how to take the gre not even so much the rest

The math section i dont know but i found the practice problems super frustrating

The quantitative section was more difficult in the real test than the powerprep but not as frustrating confusing as the practice questions in this book
