Pros
Love the feel and scent of this handcream, have used it for many years being an avid gardener. Still the same quality lotion.
One was delivered by someone other than ups, was well-packaged, and is great. I will continue purchasing more, it really works for my hands.
Cons
Crabtree & evelyn is supposed to be a fantastic brand of lotion. I'm always on the look-out for a nice citrus-based product; afraid this one is too musty.
Hand creme has same size and scent. Too perfumy. Prefer a lighter, more natural lavender scent.

This was a gift and now you can’t get the label off and some of it came off in but it’s all sticky it looks terrible and the paint peels on the tube when you get it off

When the second arrived i originally thought it was from a different seller but it turns out to be from the same one

He then banged on the door requiring me to put on a mask and when i go there he had crammed the item between the screen and door rather than leaving it on the porch and not touching door handles

And the tube had been poorly packaged and was a little beaten up to be a gift
