Pros
Worked like a charm. Works best. Works awesome. Now, it's nice. Is as advertised.
Cons
The manufacturer of the tape however has to change their release backing. The paper backing is incredibly hard to peel off and causes the adhesive strip to stretch. This is after i cleaned the glass and also wiled with alcohol but still didn't hold.

Freaplastic had very thin edge and was able to use thin silicon to adhere to edge without lapping over edge

One drawback is that the backing is quite difficult to start to get off

I cleaned the edge with a glass cleaner measured cut stuck the one side on and then peeled back the paper side

It appears to be the exact material that was originally installed 8 years ago

Transparent so if you need something totally clear this wont work as it has a slight sheen to it

Need a steady hand to apply to glass edge and line up l shape door jamb

The original gasket was put on with silicone and kept coming off in the tighter areas where it was running the wall
