Like any overflow you have to remove the air from the part that goes over the top

It ships with a short chunk of tubing to attach but no way to close the tubing

I like it but so far it has stopped working 3 times already good thing i caught it or there would be 30 gal on the floor i dont know what is causing this keep the filter clean water return towards front of tank buying the pump to keep it going

I think it should come with it for the price you pay instead of an extra 10 or so bucks
