The product is 3d printed and therefore has the advantages of such printing a pretty reasonable representation of the moons appearance as well as the disadvantages printing artifact that makes the moon look like a multilayer cake if you look closely an occasional inclusion of an incorrect color

This moon includes the ac adaptor and will run properly while plugged in unlike the smaller unit which only works when disconnected from the charging cable

That means i can leave it turned on and simply connect it to a light sensor so it comes on automatically each night

I didnt dock a star however for the moonlights failure to do this

Tapped moon and it came on right away and went into the mode where it changes different colors

This lamp is super cool and i love that it charges up and doesnt need its cord attached this means you can hold it or use it outdoors or other places where its not convenient to plug in

The packaging has some weird typos such as calling it a 3d printing moon light which makes it sound like its a printer
