First couple of times wearing it it is a little scratchy

The instructions are to put the liner cap over your mask and mask cushions then cut a hole in the middle for your nose

I suggest you start out with the smallest possible hole you can get the end of your nose through then enlarge the hole until its not quite comfortable

It still leaks at high pressures over 10 but that depends on my position
