Pros
It insulates just fine and it doesn't weigh the hose down. The benefit far outweighs the hose weight issue. My bipap has a humidifier and i wear a full mask.
Only issue is that it occasionally slips down the tube, but i’m a tossed and a turner so that’s pretty much more my fault than anything and is a super easy fix. Very pleased with my purchase.
This is just like putting my hose in some footie pajamas and zipping it up after a bath. Easy to put on and off.
Length is great and love that it’s washable. Good fit for phillips respironics. Fits perfectly for a heated 6 ft.
Cons

I like the way it reduces condensation from my heated tube but it needs to be about 56 inches longer to cover the tube

I does not appear to be a full 6ft since my cpap hose is 6ft and this does not cover my hose completely

Im a person who loves sleeping with the ac turned pretty far down but that meant i had to drastically turn down the humidity on my cpap or risk rainout
