Pros
It's comfortable and last along time this is my 2nd one. I need my c-pap so rushed to order this one. If you are replacing a part of an already purchased mask, know all parts come separate - literally separate - wysiwyg.
Cons
This product is cheaply made and hardly functions as it should. The rest of the strap here is comparable but this one feature missing does not make it wort it. I am not sending it back for a refund.

While this part of the head gear is comfortable i find it often slips up my skull during sleep

I got another brand that tutned out to be hard plastic which was uncomfortable

I had to go back and order a part a small ounce of plastic i missed in order to use the head gear
